I used to style my hair, but I decided to let mother nature 'do her thing'... I don't worry about wind or rain anymore. Back then, it took me forever to get it styled, then a lot of hairspray to hold it. But wind and/or rain would undo my hard work in less than 5 minutes. I dont see a lot of women leaving their natural curls alone... but I don't think they know how it is supposed to be taken care of & they spend a lot more time trying to get it manageable. One way of getting curls toook their best is to NEVER use a brush on it! Using pick is best & it prevents frizz.
