Isn't much difference between low heat and high heat and the high heat isn't very high at all. It's an overpriced item, most definitely not worth $1200. I would not purchase this item again for the dollar amount asked. It's a $500 heater at best. Welcome to 2022. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great heater running it at 5kW, 230 volt *by M***X on April 21, 2020* This is a solidly built heater, with a good size fan, and is relatively quiet (Like a large home fan). Since I no longer needed the 15kW, I decided to use this for my smaller workshop, and rewired it for only 5kW. It now runs on a 30amp 240v circuit. The unit comes with 6 heating elements. By disconnecting 4 elements, it will only draw 21 amps. (You definitely need electrical knowledge to remove the links from the elements, and will most likely void any form of warranty by doing so.) If you need a reliable heater that puts out the heat, this is the way to go. ### ⭐ Would not recommend, totally insufficient heat being produced *by M***Y on May 17, 2018* Would not recommend, totally insufficient heat being produced, needed electrician on site to provide 38 amps of 240v power. I purchased smaller 17000 btu units it it worked better. Would not recommend to anyone. If yor're going to use these big units go for the much higher btu units but it requires up to 60 amps power and some at 440v.
