If ordering less than 100 units, we pull your credentials from a 100 unit box and make a note of the site code so that you can use your credentials. **Q: We have specific facility codes we need to match, Can you match those?** A: We certainly can, we can place a factory order with HID and have them programed to the format, facility code and fob numbers you need. ProxKey III reserves 16 bits for the primary coding generally however with two separate orders, I received one in the sub-10,000's range and one in the 40,000's range. **Q: Will this fob work with a portable handheld 125khz rfid hid/id card writer/copier duplicator? i want to copy my building fob.** A: Yes. It should work with most 125khz prox equipment. However, if your equipment is limited to certain facility code, it has to match the facility code as well. Most current Systems have the ability to accept any facility code, and if this is the case, any 125khz fob will work. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on 23 January 2021* I live in a condo building and our exterior doors and parking garage are accessed by these HID fobs.Our property management co wanted $35 each for pre-programmed fobs so I thought I would order a couple of these & save a few bucks.A word of caution here: these fobs are absolutely authentic, BUT, they will need to be "activated" for the specific entry/access system that you want to use them with; They won't work on their own, (right out of the box).To get the new fobs to be compatible with your doors, you have 2 options:1) Take these new fobs to your property manager and see if they will activate them into their system, OR,2) Spend about $30 and buy an HID fob duplicator. The duplicator can read an existing fob that is already authorized in your system and copies (writes) the correct activation info onto the new fob. With this method, the door system thinks the new fob is the old fob, since they will have the same activation code, but that should not be a problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just Works *by D***L on Reviewed in Canada on 13 August 2020* What can I say, it's a fob that works with HIDProx readers. We use cards with our access systems but have a specific immediate need for fobs for Canada Post staff to enter our lobby. They don't like cards as they put all the fobs on a ring and a card would just snap.
