The components appear durable and well-constructed from superior quality materials. After making sure we had all our pieces, it took my husband and I two hours to assemble. We discovered two issues when reviewing the parts prior to assembly that we had to contact the company about. (1) The padding on one of the upper net poles was ripped and (2) The ladder had some damage to the plastic covers over the hooks where it attaches to the trampoline frame. We contacted the seller with our concerns, and they responded promptly contacting the manufacturer (Jumpflex) on our behalf who requested to work with us directly to resolve the issues.
