Happy cooking ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice as well as quiet *by P***Y on December 26, 2025* I am very impressed with this food processor. I purchased it as a replacement for a mini plastic door chopper that was extremely loud and finally broke. I used it primarily for making crumb crusts for pies. The La Reveuse is larger, but the fact that it has 4 blades, it can chop (cookies) quickly and with minimal vibration or noise. I used it to mix in the melted butter so that the crust was ready to press into my pie pans. After washing it out I also used it for chopping onions and peppers, then garlic cloves and mushrooms for a meat sauce. I will be using this often, as it made the task almost effortless. I have grandchildren who don't like to see their vegetables, so this makes it easy to chop things small enough to allow me to cook with vegetables they would otherwise not eat. It is easy to clean. The one problem people have is lining up the cutting wheel with the motor assembly. Most of the time this was not an issue. One time I had to manually turn the cutting wheel stem a few degree to line it up with the receiving hole in the motor assembly. Use your eyes. It is to be expected that this will happen from time to time. Not a deal killer. My old one also occasionally had hiccups getting it lined up properly. In this case, however, it is obvious to me how to "fix." I do love that it is a nice sturdy glass bowl. It feels high quality.
