However, since it took so long for me to get email responses from the providing compan and the manufacturer they only gave me a $9 refund from a $45 dollar purchase, which is absolutely garbage! I did everything they asked me to and got SCREWED because of it. I thought this company cared about its customers but they obviously dont. I have been buying honeat diapers for nearly 3 years now, but that changes today, i hope saving $30 was worth giving up a customer who bought diapers for 2 kids for 3 years! What a shame, I wish companies cared more about their customers than they do their bottom line, but that is clearly not the case. Well, with 2 more kids they lost out on at least $5k, I sure hope saving $30 was worth it to them....
