Very nice cutlery set!

I ordered these to replace the multiple sets of utensils we have after consolidating me and my husband kitchen items when we first moved in. These are beautiful! They are light weight and fit nicely in the hands.I have taken the liberty of translating (via Google) the French instructions that came in the wooden box (and velvet plastic/cardboard trays holding the cutlery):- When washing your cutlery by hand or dishwasher, the handles of your cutlery should be oriented upwards to avoid any deposit of water or product. never leave food depots or salt on dirty shelves. always rinse your cutlery after use and before placing it in your dishwasher. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions for your dishwasher and remove your cutlery immediately after the end of the cycle. wipe them with a soft cloth or cloth. do not use acid polishing products.- If you wash your cutlery by hand, wash them with hot soapy water. rinse your cutlery with clear water and rub them with a soft cloth. do not use abrasive pads.- do not mix stainless steel cutlery with silver cutlery in the cutlery basket of your dishwasher. do not use a product to polish silver cutlery on your stainless steel cutlery. Be careful, salt, mineral salts, vinegar, bleach and some detergents can cause stains or pitting on your cutlery if they are not rinsed after use.I have yet to see how this cutlery set will hold up over time and washes.
