Why not SAY that on product. I've stopped buying anything without that made clear.** A: The picture of the tub clearly shows "Produced in Buffalo, New York, USA", with stars and stripes. Unfortunately, law allows items that have a majority percent of the product made in USA, to still be labeled "Made in USA" (51% USA, 49% China, for example). Don't quote me on those percentages though, I'm not a lawyer, it's just an example. Where a product is made is not MY number one concern, I put trust in the company and value of the product above country of origin. In the past, I've bought US made products online from no-name companies that turned out to be complete crap. On the other hand, 100% of Apple's products are made 100% in China, yet Apple remains one of America's top brands. So, unless you want to spend double the price quoted on Amazon, don't buy these or any MILKBONE products, made in the USA! Have given our dogs these Milk-Bone treats for at least 10 years or however long they've been on the market. They're excellent when training a dog & you're on a walk.
