I purchased an Agaro but returned it as I was sure I was not going to use the accessories. Also, customer service should be the top most priority as you don't want to be with a broken product without service support. Coming to the product, it is simple "open, shut and switch on" type of device which so far gave me good results. It doesn't make much noise and quality seems to be great. It has wifi connectivity and I can see the progress of my cooking on my phone and change if I wish to. For an idea, a medium 1.2 kg chicken is roasted very well in 30-35 minutes (depends on voltage). I have attached a picture for reference.
