Man ist bekleidet oder unbekleidet oder nimmt etwas "Gewichtiges" in die Hand aber die Waage registriert das nicht. Diese Waage ist anders - nur wenige Gramm Unterschied zwischen zwei Messungen. Socken, T-Shirt angezogen die Waage misst das, eine 0,33er Dose Cola (Zero) getrunken und die Waage zeigt exakt 330gr mehr Gewicht - nur so ist es möglich selbst kleinere, tägliche Gewichtsverluste zu erfassen und sich zum weiteren Abnehmen zu motivieren. Ich habe allgemeine mein Kalorienzufuhr reduziert, jegliches Knabberzeug war verpönnt und va. keine Zucker (selbst Karotten vermieden) und sehr viel weniger Stärkeprodukte um unter etwa 50..60 gr/d Kohlenhydrate zu kommen. Jeden Morgen das gleiche Ritual: aufstehen, Toilette, duschen, nüchtern, wie Gott mich schuf, wiegen. Es hat funktioniert. Nach einiger Zeit täglich um die 200-300gr abgenommen habe, in der Spitze mal um 500gr. (Ok, einmal waren es 5000gr innerhalb von 2..3 Tagen - aber das lag an dem Essen in einem pakistanischen "Restaurant" an einer Straße in Saudi Arabien und die waren schnell wieder drauf).
