The scrunch is stretchy and not stiff and more narrow than other ones I have. I think they look more “normal” and not super obvious that you’re wearing scrunch pants. A large fit me perfectly. Had my first workout in them and they held up great. They are squat proof! They’re easy to adjust and stay where you put them. The colors are vibrant, the material is very forgiving and stretchy while still offering decent compression (love the three tierd waist band)and squat proof (the scrunch does flash through). There are a few loose threads (easily remedied) and the dye line stuck around for a few washes (mind you I wash on cold and hang dry)I've worn these leggings through cardio days (in and out of the gym) and heavy lifting days, and I've had zero regrets with this purchase (Dream legging 3 pack). I ordered a small and they fit perfectly. There are comments about these not being squat proof. Even with my hand stretching them pretty far they were just barely see through. I noted the scrunch portion is a different color (very slight) and have a different shine on that strip of fabric. As you squat the regular fabric gives & the scrunch area doesn't which I think gives the illusion of being slightly see through because that scrunch line stays dark. More of a design flaw and I can see how it may bother some. It may also be more obvious in the lighter colors. I purposefully started with a dark pair for that reason. The fabric is comfortable & soft (not buttery soft like I've seen described but nice!) And the compression is pretty decent. It took me a second to figure out you have to pull the butt scrunch more to the back than what I normally position my pants so you don't get a 🐫 toe 😂. Once I adjusted the placement there was no issue and they stayed in place. Over all I like them a lot and would buy again but not for full price, I've got other pants that I like as much or more that are at a better price point than these at full cost.
