Right one is fine but the left one is stretched and I’ve often lost my left stud earring because of it as it used to completely fall through the pierced hole and I got sick of having to keep buying a new set. As you can see in my photo, it’s just basically a sticker that goes at the back of your ear lobe, behind your pierced hole, and the earring inserts into that which is what effectively holds it into place. I’ve not lost my stud since. It’s very sturdy and my earring doesn’t feel loose or wobble anymore. The sticker is so effective! It’s waterproof too. I shower daily and it’s still attached 2 weeks later. The pack comes with loads so it’s good to remove them often to clean that area of your ears and use a new one and repeat. Very pleased with these.
