The end results are a beautiful Miniature house. I'm a skilled miniature builder and found it the perfect amount of challenging without frustration. Some of these kits overwhelm you with paper folding, wire construction or flower making... this one had a little amount of each relied on actual construction with wood. It was missing the glue, but I never use the glue in the kits anyway.

Easy assembly, Quality of production is good. It was fun to do and the size of this set will take you ≈45 hours to make (my experience). The value is just right for a masterpiece. Lastly I used 3 in 1 glue and a gorilla glue. Some numbers on the instructions were wrong and not all letter parts were not together. Was missing one light bulb :( the last few pages were to vague.
