Review: Shouldn't have waited.... - Received the set of 3 frying pans. Initial impressions are the look and quality are amazing. Used the 10" pan for cooking some ground beef. After letting the pan come up to temp (used the water drop test) I dropped the beef in, and was initially concerned that it would stick and be a mess. That quickly took care of itself and the meat brown up nicely and seemed to cook quicker and just looked better Not sure if there is such a things the "placebo effect" for frying pans, but the taste was noticeably better. At this time I'm beyond happy to get rid of the old nasty "non-stick" pans and and put these to the heat!

Received the set of 3 frying pans. Initial impressions are the look and quality are amazing. Used the 10" pan for cooking some ground beef. Very disappointed. I use a good amount of oil and keep it at low heat but everything sticks. Not worth the money!
