And we have had several disappointments. This is by far the best flavored, best textured, best over-all sauce we have found. It is a "keeper". The first time I tasted it, I kept repeating "This is delicious!" We have had it in omlets, with sweet potato noodles, poured over sweet potatos, and I've even spooned it over my salad in place of salad dressing one night when we ran out of salad dressing. It also comes in smaller jars than others, which is perfect. It's easier for two people to use the smaller jars without any waste.
