Review: Lovely musical book that can be turned off! - Lovely book for my granddaughter. It is a nice board book that plays nursery rhymes with an on/off lever and lower/higher volume. The volume difference is minimal and my only disappointment, but I love that it can be turned off. The music is clear and sounds just like coming from a radio, good quality. It is rechargeable so no replacing batteries! Upon receipt, I had one page that the song did not work. I contacted the seller who replied within less than a day. After following their instructions to troubleshoot, it was determined they would send me a new book! I received the new book only a few days later, still in time to give it as a Christmas gift. Excellent customer service. I recommend buying this book and I recommend this seller.

Lovely book for my granddaughter. It is a nice board book that plays nursery rhymes with an on/off lever and lower/higher volume. The volume difference is minimal and my only disappointment, but I love that it can be turned off. The music is clear and sounds just like coming from a radio, good quality. It is rechargeable so no replacing batteries! Upon receipt, I had one page that the song did not work. I contacted the seller who replied within less than a day. After following their instructions to troubleshoot, it was determined they would send me a new book! I received the new book only a few days later, still in time to give it as a Christmas gift. Excellent customer service. I recommend buying this book and I recommend this seller.
