That should work fine. **Q: How many lens in each pack?** A: 2 in mine **Q: I've got +4.00 prescribed lenses with these added on it won't make it fuzzy or distorted it in any way but will it help me read number plates?** A: The stick-ons simply to turn the bottom part of ordinary specs into reading glasses. Your existing +4.00 are presumably so that distant objects are in focus but you might struggle to see near objects (such as when reading) clearly. Seen through the add-ons, distant objects will be very blurred but now you should be able to focus more clearly on nearer objects.
