They still work, maybe I have to press a bit harder, and have to press the stamp in it a few more times, but that’s to be expected. Where things have gone wrong is with the gold. As you can see by the pictures I store the pads in plastic bags to prevent them opening and drying out. When I pulled out the Silver/Gold. I thought I had put the wrong color back! But nope, that’s the Gold you see. But now it’s mottled, green, and super stinks! When I touched it the top collapsed, it felt like that green flower arrangement foam. I’m not sure what to think, why would it do that? I only used it once to test the color. I did drop a star for that bit of grossness. The other colors seem to be fine. And 18 months is a good length of time for $9.99. Original: I bought these to take on the road, they are small and have a great color selection. The colors are vibrant and go on easily. Only the gold and silver bleed through regular paper, which doesn’t bug me as I’m not planning on using them.
