Review: This chest of drawers is more substantial than I expected. - When this arrived I was very surprised at the weight of the carton. The driver had to use a sack truck from the van to my door. We emptied the box to bring it inside. The box had been badly bashed in transit but the contents were very well protected inside by huge amounts of expanded polystyrene. as a 75 year old suffering from COPD and Sciatica I had to to be careful in constructing this item. I made up the carcass in situ, on the first day and sat at a table to make the drawers on the second. The instruction diagrams were fairly clear but had to be followed very carefully. When fitting the drawers the top three look the same when made up but had to be put in the correct order to fit. I chipped the edge of one piece whilst putting it together but nothing to worry about. I was surprised at the quality of this flat pack piece of furniture. Good value for the price.
