I did receive it in a timely manner, but didn't begin using it until last week when the cream I was using ran out. The cream inside the bottle may well be worth the 5 star comments for its effectiveness, but the pump on mine does not work at all. I have to (1) open the bottle, (2) remove the pump, (3) turn the bottle upside down and (4) shake it until a bit comes out that I can apply to my eyes. Definitely disappointing and I am sure I would never order this again...Having to go through so much fuss to get a bit out twice a day is just TOO MUCH.
