I don't have an ever-ready soldering station; I dig out equipment and supplies when soldering is required, and sometimes I find messes from soldering flux leaking tins. This soldering flux is neatly packaged in a resealable plastic syringe. The package includes the flux-filled syringe body, a removable plunger, removable end caps, and two (metal needle plus plastic cone) flux applicator tips all contained in a zip lock plastic envelope. It is easy to assemble the syringe, to apply a measured amount of flux, and then to cleanly reclose the syringe: no mess. The flux is odorless and skin-benign (keep out of your eyes), the flux has the consistency of salve, and with heat application the flux flows readily and coats the metal to be soldered.
