I have never used an oral spray delivery for Vitamin C before. It is fast and easy to get your dosage. Shake the bottle and then do five quick sprays into your mouth twice a day. There is a faint slightly citrusy taste that is pleasant enough. The oral spray delivery is supposed to aid in fast absorption of both the C and glutathione.I had never heard of glutathione before but learned that over time it is supposed to lighten your skin Since I'm always using creams that externally are supposed to lighten skin/dark spots, I thought this was a good combination spray for me to get some Vitamin C and lighten my skin. Although this product page does not give a time frame, other sources indicated it would take at least three weeks to see lightening results so I'm looking forward to that.The little 1 oz. spray container comes heavily wrapped in a thick paper cylinder with additional sponge wrapped around it. It almost seems over wrapped but definitely well protected.
