    Lowest setting too high

I didn't get this chair from amazon but was purchased for me by my employer.  I would suggest checking the height of your desk as this is too high for office height desks. The lowest setting on this chair is still too high for an office desk.  The hydronic system keep sticking and wheels got stuck and didnt move . I may of course ended up with a sub standard one. Due to the lowest height being to high. It was sent back. I am 5 ft 3. Still too high. Was looking over top of my monitor! Knee position also too angled hurting hips. Seat cushions seemed ok though. Shame as am now using my old cheaper version again.
