Molto positivo il primo impatto, gradevoli alla vista e al tatto. Piacevolmente tiepidi in mano mantengono la temperatura del liquido contenuto. "Normalen" Kaffee wollte ich nur aus "normalen" Tassen trinken. Meine zukünftige Frau wollte allerdings gerne Kaffeegläser haben. Also nach verschiedenen Gläsern gesucht und schließlich bei der Marke Feelino hängen geblieben. Insgesamt hatte ich mir dann 3 x 6 verschieden große Kaffeegläser bestellt. Leider war bei 2 von den 24 Gläsern ein sichtbarer Bereich vom Glas abgeplatzt. Also den Kundenservice angeschrieben. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde antwortete eine nette Dame vom Kundenservice und am nächsten Tag kamen direkt 2 Ersatzgläser. DAS nenn ich mal Service. Die Gläser an sich sehen wirklich toll aus. Der Schwebeeffekt des Kaffees ist immer das gewisse etwas auf dem gedeckten Tisch und bisher auf Bewunderung gestoßen. Die Außenwand wird in der Tat nur handwarm, d.h. heißer eingefüllter Kaffee kann bequem auch ohne Henkel hochgehoben werden.
