My energy, how my body feels(hands,knees,joints,etc.), and what it's especially done for my weight loss. I've lost 40 lbs. since I started using this product. I should point out I started working out and really have been trying to eat better too. For some reason it's really assisted me with a slow constent weight loss?I will say that when you drink this mix, it does tend to clean my insides out! If you know what I mean. I like it in a way believe it or not. Kinda empties you out, so you feel light on your toes. And it kinda takes away my need to wanna snack as much. Probably because this superfood powder is almost like a meal replacement.All in all it for me was a wise way to spend my money, I've been ordering more ever since my first try.
