I've used his a few times over the years and found it helpful for unblocking printheads when meths and isopropanol have been useless.

I'd give this stuff 5 out of 10.  First impressions on opening the bottle - it looks and smells suspiciously like common or garden mentholated spirit !It certainly didn't do any harm, but also didn't manage to shift the stubborn dried up ink on or in the print head of my Brother all-in-one.I used it several times, letting it soak for hours, but the end result was no noticeable improvement in the printer's built-in print quality test which shows some of the print head jets aren't working properly.To be completely fair, I don't know for certain that it is dried up ink and not a faulty print head, but the trouble started after the machine had a prolonged period of not being used.  Also, the results of the print quality test vary slightly each time one is performed, which suggests to me that some contamination (be it dried up ink or something else) is floating around in the print head and blocking the jets.At the price paid, not too disappointed but if I try to clean the print head again, I'll use one of the more expensive solutions that the supplier offers a "no cure, no fee" refund.

Complete waste of money. Doesn't work and is just some inert fluid that is coloured purple. You could just mix some distilled water and cleaning fluid and get the same result. I was ripped off... so don't buy this stuff.
