This caused the mouse to physically move across the mouse pad very slowly making it seem like the sensor was bad or there was interference with the glass. It moved so slowly that I couldn't even see it moving until I put something still about 4mm close to it and over the period of 30 seconds the mouse moved towards it and touched it on its own. I made sure there was no wind. (note that i am using a new mousepad) There is absolutely no static friction, this will pick up your heartbeat in the right conditions. Which is why i had to go back to filthy teflon. I'm sure for gaming this is amazing but for normal computer use i can barely click on stuff without the computer thinking I'm dragging instead of clicking, its actually a challenge to hold the cursor still, which Is a problem for me so I had to put some disgusting Teflon back on my mouse just to have some friction to have the mouse stay still. Im rating five starts because its very good quality and works exactly as it should, but its too good. half of my clicks were registered as drags on programs or chrome or wherever because the mouse couldn't stay still, there is ZERO static friction. so now i have to use this Frankenstein skate set up, as pictured.
