I found this book very interesting, particularly in the earlier chapters when the authors described Digital Engineering and its challenges and opportunities.  Using a theater analogue was interesting and helped convey many of the concepts.  Towards the later chapters I felt the book had strayed into a pure change management descriptor and there are many other examples of change management literature out there that cover a similar topic.  That said, looking at change through a digital engineering perspective is helpful and there is so much more work to be done to realize the value from this discipline.  A good effort.  I do recommend the first half-dozen chapters...
