It's a lot smaller than I was expecting, it's basically the same size as the Nano IPod. All of the items are neatly packed within the box and it's very easy and pretty self explanatory to set up. It takes about 5 minutes to set up initially but after this it just takes seconds. It has 8 different modes: massaging, cupping, relaxing, tingling, kneading, deep, acupuncture and random. All of which are very effective and very different. It is a bit of an odd sensation and it's quite funny watching your stomach move each time. You can choose which intensity level you want it on, level 1 is the lowest and on most of the modes you can hardly feel it. The highest setting is very strong and I've not really used this level. I find that half way is the best one for me. I like the fact that it has a timer on it too so you can set a maximum usage time and ensure you don't get carried away. The sticky pads are easy to remove and not painful at all to peel away from the skin. There is a small pad provided which you keep them on when they aren't being used. The pads can be used until they lose their stickiness to attach to the skin. At this point you will need to use new ones. This is absolutely brilliant, everything is so easy to understand Have only used it for a couple of days on settings 1 & 7 with power setting at 5 bar it will go double this if required.
