Great product!
Love this massager! It's extremely easy to use. Functionally, it actually feels like a real hand is doing the work. Even the speed of it mimics that of a hand. I have significant pain in my neck shoulder area, this was able to provide some relief. My only issue is I wish it had a variety of levels for intensity. I prefer deeply intense massages and although this is great for a massage it does not have the intense pressure I would prefer. Overall, it is a great value!

Not your average massager
I have the roller type massager so this one provides more on a finger style feel to the massage. I like that it charges and I'm not tethered to a cord. I don't like that I cannot use it while charging though as weird as that sounds. For me, it does an okay job for massage. I wish it was a bit stronger and I wish I felt it more in the trap area, which is why I got it. I I don't like the clasp. Great idea to have it, so it doesn't fall off your shoulders but the button to release the clasp is very hard to push, especially when it's on you. You should make the straps extra long so people can wrap around the back and then toward the front and clasp in the front. This would also help in making it tighter when needed. I don't feel any heat like at all. There are two modes, one is fluid the other is stop n go. Stop and go is pretty useless. There are two intensity modes which really just affects speed. It's either slow or fast. Slow seems better imo. Fast seems like it just glides atop of skin where as slow seems to manipulate the muscle just slightly better. So my recommendation is three heat modes and actually have heat. Mine doesn't glow when heat is on so I'm not sure my heat is actually working. Extend time of use from ten minutes to 15 minutes. Extend the fingers for the trap area so it makes better back contact. Extend strap so it wraps around torso and locks in the front, not the back. Change the button for clasp. Put some padding on the top portion near the neck so when the person tilts head backward to put pressure for the trap that it hurts less. It's a great concept just needs better execution. I'm 5'6 155lbs. I imagine everyone at different sizes will take to this device differently. This has been my honest experience. Atleast the neck portion wasn't too narrow or too wide and made great contact there.

Designed for an XS body
The Cozyhealth Neck Massager for Neck and Shoulder with Heat aims to provide soothing relief through its Shiatsu massage and heat features, targeting the neck and upper back areas. Designed to offer comfort and relaxation, it caters to those seeking a reprieve from the stresses and strains of daily life. However, its suitability appears to be somewhat limited, favoring individuals with an XS (extra small) body frame. This restrictive sizing can detract from the massager's overall usefulness, particularly for a broader audience with varying body types who may find the fit uncomfortable or ineffective.Additionally, a notable concern is the product's initial off-putting smell, described as a mix of rubber and food odors. This could significantly impact the user experience, as the fragrance is an essential aspect of the relaxing environment that users typically seek when using such wellness devices. While the massager's functional intention is promising, the challenges presented by its limited sizing compatibility and the unpleasant initial odor may diminish its appeal and effectiveness for a substantial segment of potential users. For the Cozyhealth Neck Massager to achieve its full potential and appeal to a wider audience, addressing these issues would be paramount. Enhancing the design to accommodate a broader range of body sizes and ensuring the materials used do not emit strong, undesirable odors could transform user experiences, making the massager a more universally welcomed tool for relaxation and relief.

Disappointed
Bought this massager last year. First few prolonged sessions of neck massage were better than expected. The device had a decent grip around the trap and neck muscles. The rollers were smooth and imitated a deep tissue massage to a good extent. However, 2 weeks into using it frequently (not even regularly), the device loosened its grip and operated with reduced firmness. You could no longer experience the same level of in-depth massage as that of in the beginning. But this wasn't even the worst of it. Shortly after, the device just stopped charging. I charged it for various durations to see if it starts working again. It would just turn on for a couple of seconds and stop working. Unfortunately, the device was a waste of money.

Love it!
Perfect for neck and shoulders. Does the job, but it has to be positioned right.
