If you spot them buy them. Web search says Target so I'll try that. They are a bit waxy in application and overenthusiastic girls can leave chunks - but as the day goes on the color stays and the chunks disappear. "Disappearing chunks" sounds messy, but whatever this formula is, it's bright on the hair but has never left clothing, house or tub residue. It washes out of the hair until the next time.
