It requires very little effort to set a staple perfectly, for anyone. **Q: Where are the loading instructions?** A: I don't remember seeing loading instructions which puzzled me. However, it is straightforward. Load a row of staples points down, as many as fit,--they lay in easily-- and close the unit. Hope this helps. **Q: Does the product come with staples?** A: Mine did come with staples, albeit very hidden. On the underside of the stapler, there's a rubber flap that can be pulled back to reveal storage for extra staples. Mine came with some already there. **Q: Where is this made?** A: It has no marking of where it is made but it does say “BOSTITCH EAST GREENWICH, RI” on the bottom. I think it is a great stapler and has many extra functions that are great. Holds extra staples in the bottom and has a built in staple remover. It staples wonderfully also.
