When I went to report this so I could get a replacement I ran into a stone wall. No returns allowed on this item I'm told and even in chat with a bot and after I registered that I received broken items, I was basically told tough luck for you. I've been an amazon prime customer for many years and have spent probably 10's of thousands of dollars here in that period. This is the first really bad experience I've had. Hope it's not a new cost cutting trend. I love the sauce and orders from other vendors came just fine, by the way. So this is not a review of the marinara -- which is delish. AMAZON? This ain't fair.
