Clueless on what to do** A: I found this pulley very useful in getting my right shoulder back into working order, along with other physio treatment. To use this you hook the strap over the top of a door and pull the door closed (towards you so the strap is trapped between the door and the frame). Then you stand in front of the door, either facing away or towards the door. Grasp a handle in each hand and then, using your good arm, pull on the handle, which in turn lifts your bad arm up without putting any pressure on the shoulder. Probably not explained very well but the idea is to get your shoulder moving with very little effort. You may find you need to shorten the ropes depending on how tall you are or how high you want your arm lifted.
