Couldn't remember where the store was where I purchased this. So easy peasy. Ordered on line. Just what I wanted.The frills are variable sizes. Some will be too small for a crown pork roast but will work on cornish hens or chickens.

I use these on my crown pork roast at Christmas. They look great and are what you hold on too when you carve the roast and place it on the plates.

We were going to use them on Cornish hens but they were too small to fit over the leg bones. Will make my own if I need them again.

Extremely small. I bought it for fancy rotisserie chicken, but they fit like a quail or cornish game hen.

I used it to dress-up our Airline Chicken Breast.

I bought these 6 pairs of decorative poultry legs holders for the X-Mas turkey. Not only it is visually nice to put legs holders on, but it is less messy for the person who cuts the poultry. There are 2 pairs of a large size like for turkey legs and the rest is smaller and would fit medium size chicken. They are packaged all together in a plastic bag. They will add a chef touch on the table.
