They even came with a nice length of tubing for each sponge. I bought these to replace two worn out air stones and add supplemental filtration and they are doing a wonderful job. They are quite "bubbly" and help keep the water moving. They are weighted, and I have had no issues with them trying to float. I suspect that may happen in a very large tank. Pretty much anywhere you might use an air stone, this will most likely be a better option.
