It really held in my belly flub and has a medium hold, IMO. It wasn't too tight or too loose. It felt smooth, so it didn't really show any lines over my clothes. It's also a sexy fabric. I'm 5 ft tall 145 lbs and I got my usually bra size in this shapewear, as recommended, and it fit well. It has underwires in the breast area to provide support. It has hooks and eyes in the crotch area for easy release when going to the bathroom. My only issue with this is that there's no padding on the breast area. It's just the sheer lace fabric. So "Tune-in Tokyo", if you catch my drift. Lol. Minus 1 star for that. Still 4 stars for me because I still like this shapewear. I just wear a bra underneath it for that padding need over the breasts.
