Great when craving something sweet. *by J***D on Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2018* I adore these, I am on a ketogenic diet and love to have these as an occasional treat. They hit the spot when you are feeling incredibly desperate for something sweet. I find the size perfect too, of course wouldn't everything be great larger, but it hits the spot and calorically and macro wise its just enough.Treat wise am compare it to another brand I buy on amazon, which has another gram of sugar, of course that gram of sugar more is sourced naturally versus the 1 gram of cane sugar used here. There are less calories in this, and one less gram. I figure if I am vigilant with my macros and again is an occasional treat, than you can fit these in. They have MCT oil in them as well so between this flavor and the Cake which is Keto friendly, why not. Also, they are less expensive than the others, which I also love and will continue buying, but do not hit the sweet tooth. I just don't see why because of the cane sugar these are villified so much, probably because it is just written in bold as brass as opposed to the hidden natural sugars in some of the other things we are desperately avoiding. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Fuel for KETO Mountain Biking! *by F***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 1, 2018* I'm using these to replace energy bars/gels during intense endurance exercise. I mountain bike 3-5 hours at a time. On a KETO diet so I burn fat and barely need any calories when working out. However, some of these rides are long and/or intense enough to need a little extra fuel. I was just eating plain almond butter packets but these have MCT oil in them! Perfect fuel for KETO... Definitely keep me going and they taste really good. I'm still experimenting with the best food for mountain biking on a KETO diet. Packets are VERY skinny though (see side pic). Each packet is equivalent to just 1 measured tablespoon. I had to try 2 of them just to get a good solid taste, to make sure I actually liked it. Even though the taste is good, I doubt that I'll be buying this again -simply because just one measly packet isn't enough to really do anything for me.
