I have been unable to rotate the top to change any of the labels. It's very annoying. **Q: Says it can hold hand sanitizers which are alcohol based but the package says not suitable for hair serums, oils, Alcohols, etc.. is it okay??** A: These are the perfect size for travel. I have used them to hold shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soaps. They have a tight screw on lid with a pop up top.
