It is a very firm cushion and I liked the quality and that I could charge it up with usb and therefore my portable charger. It only turns on when you add pressure to it, by leaning on it and therefore conserves battery. I could even have it under my feet to keep my leg muscles working, so I am a fan. Since holiday, I have had a shoulder problem, I have been using it to keep the blood flowing to that area.
