Nice on its own or with added honey. Can't comment on the effect on labour, but heard that it can shorten 2nd stage by helping to tone uterine muscles. Figured it couldn't hurt to give it a go! There's 14 tea bags which the packaging say can be used 3 x each...I tried this but the tea is weak and unpleasant by the third use.
