Lighting truss and rigging are 12 feet up, so remote control/DMX were a must. Did burn-in testing on each unit (with softbox & diffuser)/controller combo before installation and ended up with 2 faulty controllers. The company replaced BOTH controllers with just a few, back and forth emails and no hassle.
