I think it has a pretty wide height range before it becomes too big/small.I bought the 20kg vest so I could scale down as needed. It's easy enough to remove individual weights but in the end I only use the vest at max weight. The good news though is that I also don't have any problem with individual weights falling out of their holders.I would say this is an excellent product for doing circuit training (Squats, pushups, jumping jacks etc.). I wouldn't advise wearing it to go running though. Aside from the fact that it would look really weird running outside with this type of vest, I think it's too heavy/bulky. When I do high knees running or jumping jacks, the vest jostles quite a bit and puts pressure on my shoulders. It's fine for circuit training but I'm guessing the continuous impact of running would be too much. Basketball ( Jumping, sprints, side movements - require to be as low as you can).2. Volleyball ( Jumping, low positioning and a little bit of running - chasing balls :).3. Running (Jogging 5k or 10k and some sprints).Playing Basketball and Volleyball since I was a kid in Greece. I still play Basketball for my local town and Volleyball in the London League. The reason I bought the Weight vest is to add extra weight to my training and improve jumping.As I mentioned above mostly I bought it to improve my jumping and my stamina for the games as both sports require intensive jumping and running (especially in basketball). When I play Volleyball I wear a T-shirt on top as I need to dive for the ball.I have the product for a week now and used it on both sports. I started with 5Kgr as I didn't want to damage my knees from the beginning.Sandbags are very secure and I have not experienced any issue. The velcro holds the vest very secure around you. The weight between the front and back is supported by two thick nylon straps, one running over each shoulder, but these strap runs along the *inside* of the vest, facing the wearer's body. There is a small padded shoulder area on the inside of the vest and the nylon straps run behind these interior shoulder pads in an attempt to protect the wearer from abrasions but this design is not effective.Overall it is a very good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding Weighted Vest that puts more expensive vests to shame. *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 October 2015* I have been trained big with a friends expensive Reebok vest and the XTR is the closest to it. For the price it is of surprisingly good quality. The sand weights are in small packets and insert into pockets back and front of the vest. Having had three runs of three miles with 15kg the vest fits snugly and does not move much on the body so no friction burns. The neoprene is of good quality, the seams are strong and there is acres of Velcro so it will fit well on just about anyone.
