Luckily when it arrived it only took a minute to sort the plug out and all is working as it should now. It's a good sturdy design for the money and seems a safe plug for the job it has to do.Seems that most of these hair devices now have a two pin European plug molded onto the cable these days and these type of adapter plugs are then clipped over them and screwed together to suit our British 3 pin wall outlets. It's been over a year now since the plug was delivered and fitted so I am doing this review now knowing I can recommend it does the job well and is fit for purpose.
