After several back and forth emails with customer service I realized cable was partially cut so bike didn’t work. I was offered replacement cable. Bright front light gives enough light to navigate after dark. Bike seems to be able to withstand a lot. We tried riding the bike with two adults together and there were no issues. Love the shocks installed both in front and rear, they work pretty well my uneven pavement around the house . Would be nice if seat height is adjustable, which is not, but its not deal breaker. First, this e-scooter does not perform at 20 mph, it tops out at 12 to 15 mph. On a full charge I was only able to go approximately 3.8 miles before loss of battery. Now stuck at work having to charge it yet again to get home. Everything that is listed about this product is FALSE. After my purchase, I tried contacting the company about the problems I am having with the scooter, not charging, not able to go more then 4 miles on a FULL charge!!!
