It's super quiet which is important to me as I have an open plan kitchen/lounge. It was packaged really well so no dents or scratches. We forgot to remove the transportation bolts at the back but fortunately remembered after only 1 wash so no damage done - this could be marked better on the machine? The price was great when comparing to other machines. I love the 14 minute wash which brings the clothes up as clean as other long cycles. The 9kg drum is HUGE, I could possibly have bought a smaller drum size but this machine weighs the amount of washing you have so not a problem. My only gripe might be is the red line you turn to the wash cycle is quite difficult to see. All in all I would recommend this machine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent choice *by M***S on 5 June 2025* Very impressed with the machine. Having both a dial and digital controller was a bit daunting at first but, once used a couple of times it became quite straightforward. I like that certain wash programs can be tweaked to my own preferences. Every program choice indicates the length of the wash also the temperature and spin speed. You can choose between 14 / 30 / 44 minutes for the quick wash, which is brilliant. The delay wash is in 30 minute incraments. 10 kg wash loads are limited to certain programs only so, it is advisable to read the instructions first. The washer has a SMART option so can be linked to a mobile phone. I have been impressed with every wash load so far. The washer is very quiet even when spinning! I'm lucky enough to have a utility room but would happily have it in my kitchen.
