There is more to it than that. When I opened the jar I could see what looked like ordinary set coconut oil, but not as tasty and rather hard. When I put the lid back on I saw the writing so I put the jar in warm water just up to the lid because I didn't want the water getting in. I left it for some time but nothing seemed to be happening to the contents so I put some hotter water in the container, and eventually I could see it melting a little. It took some considerable time and rather a lot of shaking and still the contents were separated so I poked it about with a knife and stirred it until it eventually was all the same consistency. It tasted amazing. However it has to be stored refrigerated so the resultant " butter" is a hard crumbly difficult to remove from the jar mass. It is impossible to spread it. The flavour is irresistible though.
