This vest does do the job and depending on the USB battery pack/juice pack you pair with it - it lasts a long while. As some of the other commenters have pointed out the material seems to stay warm even when it's not on. This is very true I really don't know what the material is but it works amazingly well to seal in the heat (and body heat!). NOTE: it does only heat the back but I found this more than sufficient. Props to the Chinese engineer that threw this together! I am a 6'0 189lb man and it fit me perfectly. Very good product for the cost! 5/5 from me I would recommend to anyone in the heated garment market. Review: Great for the cold! - Works nice. You need to grab your own charging block. I just hit a Fivebelow - a standard Apple charging block will not work.
