It can be bent or expanded with a heat gun. A tighter radius can be formed with the heat gun also. If the bend will crimp (or collapse) the tubing you can insensert a piece of appropriate size rope, then heat and bend the outside and let it cool down. I bent the 3/4" to 1" radius for my application with perfect shape when it cooled.P.S. experiment with the amount of heating to make it soft as a wet noodle then let it cool or plunge it into room temp water to set the shape. A little soap will help retract the rope and hold the ID. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Simple Solution with Many Uses *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2019* I needed to put 16ft of 0.5in schedule 40 pic pipe at eve level to form a wall mister irrigation project. This flex pipe allowed an easy interconnect to the vertical wall pipe, Didn't know about this product before but I can now see many uses. It will of course not make a tight right angle bend. My 0.5in piece probably needed a 6in radius bend, but it can bend in multiple dimensions to essentially twist.It glued up nicely with pvc cement and is running under irrigation pump pressure. If you are joining to solid pipe after a tight bend, I recommend securing the flex to a solid object to relieve any strain on the joint. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good replacement for in ground pond pipes *by R***U on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2021* I needed to replace the crappy flexible pipe that came with my pond pump. It was literally disintegrating underground. This flexible pvc allows for easy install and seems like it will last for ages unless exposed to uv constantly. Well worth the cost.
