I had to return the first rug I ordered because sadly the colour turned out to be more brown than terracota or red, which did not suit the room I bought it for. I received the refund within the time indicated, which gave me the confidence in the seller to order another rug in a different colour for another room in my house. I am now keeping my fingers crossed that the colour of the second rug when I receives it will fit my bedroom as I really like the quality.
